The AJ Coffee Pot, introduced in 1967, is where Arne Jacobsen obsesssed for more than three years to create a seamless cylinder form without a visible joint; the spout reads as an extension of the body rather than an attachment and a black handle sits at the precise angle a full pot requires. The proportions are generous enough for a table of six, restrained enough to leave alone on a counter, iconic enough to double as a sculptural object or vase. It sits comfortably beside crystal, fine bone china, or standalone as a striking design.
